Sustana is looking for an MES and OT Systems Analyst to secure and optimize our operational technology systems in manufacturing. This role combines hands-on support and strategic analysis with a hybrid work model.

As an analyst, you will report to the IT Director and be responsible for aligning IT with OT systems. Your focus will be on overseeing operational technology performance while ensuring safety and compliance standards. Collaboration with various teams allows you to support project initiatives that enhance system functionality through cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support OT systems operation through troubleshooting
• Monitor and ensure optimal performance of systems




• Implement and manage new technologies with minimal disruption
• Assist in data analysis for performance insights
• Lead documentation efforts for OT processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environments
• Bilingual in English and French
• Deep knowledge of MES and monitoring systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
