This full time role involves reporting to senior management while focusing on the City’s Development Charges By-law and compliance with financial policies. You will conduct vital research, support revenue collections, and liaise with stakeholders on legislative impacts affecting growth management. Your analysis will guide strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct due diligence for legislative changes and DC policies
• Mentor team members on development finance issues
• Evaluate funding needs and revenue sources




• Administer compliance of development charges collections
• Present findings and recommendations to relevant committees

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years in municipal finance
• In-depth knowledge of development legislation
• Strong advocacy and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
