Main Responsibilities: Welcome customers to the service department
Determine vehicle repair and maintenance needs
Advise customers on maintenance, inspection and safety services
Follow up with customers regarding the progress and completion of work on their vehicle




Collaborate with various internal departments as well as external suppliers
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships while providing an exceptional customer experience
Qualifications: Minimum of one year of experience as a Service Advisor / Technical Advisor or in a similar position
Ability to manage multiple tasks while respecting priorities and deadlines
General knowledge of mechanics
Excellent sales, organizational and customer service skills
Strong communication skills and a strong team spirit
Good knowledge of warranty procedures and standards
Ability to communicate in French and English (in order to be able to serve our English-speaking customers)
Knowledge of Serti and SDS software (a strong asset)
