Sun Peaks Resort is hiring a Full time Childminding Supervisor for the upcoming Winter season. This role involves overseeing children aged 3-5 and ensuring their safety and enjoyment in compliance with licensing requirements. Strong leadership experience and a passion for early childhood education are the keys to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily childcare schedules and operations
• Implement Transfer of Custody Protocol for children
• Maintain staff ratios during lesson changes
• Ensure proper PPE is worn by children during lessons
• Serve as the main communication hub for parents

Requirements:
• Current ECE License in British Columbia
• At least three years in a childcare setting
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
• Excellent verbal and written communication
