Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementing rehabilitative plans from PT or OT
• Report changes in patient status to nursing and therapy teams
• Provide training in daily living activities and assistive devices




• Maintain and manage therapy supplies and equipment
• Conduct patient mobility tests as per assigned directives

Requirements:
• Rehabilitation Assistant Program completion or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Physical fitness to perform ergonomic tasks
• Ability to prioritize and organize work tasks
• Familiarity with rehabilitation equipment operations
