Take charge of Jetson's rebates strategy as a Program Manager. Optimize government and utility incentive programs to drive market competitiveness while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.

In this full time position, you'll integrate with various departments to manage incentive programs effectively as Jetson scales into new markets. Your role emphasizes building relationships and creating processes that enhance customer experience. You'll ensure smooth submission workflows and develop scalable communication for our Customer Success Team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all rebate and incentive strategies for existing and new markets
• Collaborate with teams to map regulatory incentive landscapes
• Build scalable processes for effective rebate management




• Manage relationships with vendors and government entities
• Analyze rebate performance and ensure compliance

Requirements:
• BA in Business, Environmental Studies, or similar
• 5+ years in program management or utilities/energy roles
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret compliance mandates
• Experience in a rapidly evolving startup atmosphere
