Become the Language & Culture Events Planner with Tsawwassen First Nation and help deliver impactful community programs. This full time role focuses on organizing events that celebrate the rich heritage and language of the Tsawwassen community.

You will partner with the Language & Culture Supervisor and the Events & Food Services team to coordinate workshops, seasonal celebrations, and other cultural programming. Engage directly with Elders and Knowledge Keepers as you create enriching community experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and deliver engaging workshops and classes
• Organize logistics for cultural events
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with traditional teachings and initiatives
• Develop budgets and manage event expenditures

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years event coordination experience
• Relevant post-secondary education is a plus
• Experience with Indigenous communities preferred
• Strong communication and budgeting skills
• Class 5 Driver's License required
