Guru Studio is looking for an experienced 3D FX Artist with over 4 years in animated television or feature films. This role involves designing stylized effects using SideFX Houdini, focusing on environmental elements and complex interactions like fire and water. Collaborate closely with asset and lighting teams to deliver high-quality visuals that enhance the show's unique style and pacing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement dynamic 3D FX elements
• Manipulate physics for stylized cartoon animation
• Collaborate on clever structural workarounds




• Meet fast-paced weekly episodic deadlines
• Maintain proactive communication with FX Lead

Requirements:
• 4+ years in animated television or features
• In-depth knowledge of SideFX Houdini
• Solid creative portfolio showcasing diverse FX
• Proficiency in Redshift and Foundry Nuke preferred
• Familiarity with USD and Solaris a plus
