We are hiring a Regular Full-Time technician dedicated to maintaining high quality in our automotive service. You will oversee repairs, mentor apprentices, and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Your effective communication will help you explain technical issues clearly to members while collaborating closely with your team to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete vehicle repairs meeting BCAA safety standards
• Maintain clean and secure operational environments
• Keep up with the latest in vehicle technology
• Collaborate with management for seamless service
• Mentor junior technicians and lube techs in repair tasks

Requirements:
• Current Automotive Red Seal Certification
• Relevant training on automotive technologies
• Three years of experience as a Journeyperson Technician
• Clean Class 5 BC Driver License
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and perform physical duties
