As part of the Facility Management team, your responsibilities will involve performing both Corrective and Preventative Maintenance on various HVACR units. You will play a crucial role in serving multiple campuses while adhering to safety regulations and fostering a culture of respect and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair HVACR systems effectively
• Conduct necessary Preventative Maintenance for optimal performance
• Identify and resolve HVACR system issues
• Collaborate with academic and ancillary services teams
• Uphold health and safety guidelines in all tasks
Requirements:
• Certification from Red Seal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic
• Valid Manitoba Limited Electrical M-G License required
• MOPIA Certificate participation
• Class 5 Driver's License in Manitoba
• Experience with HVACR systems is essential
