This role is focused on technical and compassionate support in personal care for clients in need. As Respite Care Staff, you will deliver personal care, supervise exercise routines, and assist with leisure activities. You are expected to uphold the highest standards while recording care details and collaborating with nursing professionals to follow care plans effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide timely assistance based on client call signals
• Follow personal care and health protocols strictly
• Maintain accurate records of care delivered
• Engage clients in exercise and leisure activities
• Report client conditions as per care plans

Requirements:
• Formal post-secondary training in patient care
• Current certifications in First Aid/CPR and NVCI
• At least three years of related experience
• Empathetic approach to client interactions
• Ability to lift 40lbs independently
