You will be key in contract review and negotiation, compliance document management, and insurance coordination while directly reporting to the General Counsel. Key Responsibilities:
• Review and negotiate various commercial contracts
• Serve as contact for compliance requests from clients
• Develop repeatable processes for compliance tracking




• Review insurance requirements and liaise with brokers
• Draft internal policies for legal review and implementation

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; J.D. or paralegal certification is a plus
• 3-7 years in contracts or legal operations
• Familiarity with client procurement processes
• Proficient with legal management systems and tools
• Robust analytical and communication skills
