Engage actively with Builder partners and various departments to ensure information accuracy and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure floor plans accurately for estimating
• Complete take-offs using MeasureSquare efficiently
• Upload relevant files and documents to project trackers
• Interpret contracts and detailed floorplans
• Train and lead less experienced estimators effectively
Requirements:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software
• Strong construction knowledge and blueprint reading skills
• Diploma in construction or related discipline
• Previous estimating experience preferred
• Attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
