PrimaryDuties and Responsibilities

Responsible for appointment coordination for multiple dealerships,ensuring timely customer contact, service prospecting and assisting incomingservice customers.

Identify and qualify customer opportunities for growth and improvementin the area of service and customer care.

This role provides multiple levels of customer follow-up through severalcall types and software applications.

75+ Service calls minimum is required per day.

QualificationsRequired

Excel at customer service and enjoy contacting and assisting customerson the telephone.

Clear and pleasant voice quality is required for telephonecommunication.





Attention to detail to ensure all customer requests and information iscorrectly entered.

Ability to learn multiple software applications.

Focus on exceptional customer service.

Previous service experience is considered an asset.
