or other relevant area of studyRegistration with a regulatory body in good standing and adheres to all standards of practice as per the College is requiredMinimum of 5 years of management experience in the community mental health and addictions program fieldExperience with quality improvement initiatives and project managementKnowledge of the special needs of persons with psychiatric disabilities, concurrent disorders and other comorbiditiesCertified in the following safety courses: Crisis Intervention (i.E.
