Key Responsibilities:
• Operate switchboard and handle patient inquiries
• Schedule appointments and follow up with healthcare orders
• Organize and maintain confidential patient records




• Process financial documents and billing information
• Facilitate meetings by booking spaces and preparing materials

Requirements:
• High school diploma with a Medical Office Assistant designation
• Minimum one year in a related clerical role
• Strong communication abilities in English
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in general office software and practices
