Become a vital part of Premier Candle Corp as our Health and Safety Officer. This role emphasizes compliance, safety culture, and the overall well-being of employees in a manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Health and Safety Officer will oversee all compliance and safety measures within the organization. The position requires robust knowledge of health regulations, incident management, and workplace safety initiatives. You will act as the main resource for health, safety, and environmental matters, coordinating training and ensuring the safety of all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Coordinate workplace safety initiatives and inspections




• Conduct incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
• Develop and deliver health and safety training programs
• Monitor and improve health and safety metrics

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
• 3+ years of HSE experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of OHSA and related legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid health and safety certifications are assets
