In the role of Primary Care Paramedic, you will assess patients in critical situations and provide necessary treatments, ensuring safe transportation to medical facilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patients at emergency scenes
• Operate and drive ambulances effectively
• Administer BLS care and medications as required
• Lead teams in delivering surgical care during transport
• Stock and maintain ambulances to health standards
Requirements:
• Registration and credentials with Alberta College of Paramedics
• Current BCLS CPR certification necessary
• Class 4 Alberta Operator's Licence or equivalent experience
• Completion of FARE test within six months of application
• Physical fitness to meet paramedic service demands
