Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for various organizational roles
• Implement proactive talent pipelining strategies
• Research competitive data for improved recruitment strategies




• Screen qualified candidates effectively through assessments
• Foster excellent communication to support candidates’ needs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency roles
• High-volume recruiting experience is a plus
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Familiarity with Internet recruiting certifications preferred
