Become a Mill Operator with St Barbara at our Touquoy mine site in Nova Scotia. This full-time position involves operating mill circuits and ensuring safety and efficiency in gold production.

We are now hiring 16 Mill Operators for our Atlantic Operations, situated approximately one hour from Halifax. Successful candidates will demonstrate effective communication, technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage various operational tasks while adhering to safety standards. A Class 5 driver’s license and a Nova Scotia High School Diploma are required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate mill operations to achieve performance criteria
• Maintain and log operational information diligently




• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in workspaces
• Mentor and train recent employees effectively
• Work closely with the maintenance team to optimize efficiency

Requirements:
• Class 5 driver's license is essential
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Team-based problem-solving capabilities
• Computer skills, including maintenance software
• Experience in industrial operations or gold processing preferred
