Empower clients to achieve independence as an Expert Mobility Solutions Consultant at National Seating & Mobility (NSM). Assist therapists and clients in identifying personalized mobility equipment solutions.

As a part of the NSM team, you will assess individual needs, recommend appropriate assistive technologies, and guide clients through the fitting process. Your role is essential in fostering relationships with referral sources and ensuring clients are satisfied and well-informed about their mobility solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals
• Conduct detailed client evaluations to recommend mobility devices
• Generate quotes and manage service documentation efficiently




• Supervise fitting and adjustment of equipment to client specifications
• Educate clients regarding equipment maintenance and safety

Requirements:
• Educational background in Kinesiology or related fields preferred
• Bilingual fluency in French and English mandatory
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in medical equipment
• Solid interpersonal communication focused on client care
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license; ability to lift up to 35 lbs
