Support operational excellence as an Administrative Assistant. This full time role requires a commitment to on-site work and provides vital organizational functions.

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant with a college diploma or certificate and 7 months to less than a year of relevant experience. Your responsibilities include managing office procedures, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings. You will also maintain equipment and supplies to support daily tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings and conferences
• Schedule and confirm appointments for team members
• Type and proofread correspondence and official documents
• Establish and maintain contact with suppliers
• Invoice clients and manage financial documentation

Requirements:
• College certificate or diploma from a 1-2 year program
• Previous administrative experience (7 months to less than 1 year)
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in data entry
• Ability to maintain filing systems and office inventory
• Strong communication skills in English
