Become a key member of Banff's Streets department, maintaining safety and accessibility during winter months. This full-time, seasonal role focuses on snow and ice management on critical streets.

As a Labourer for the Town of Banff, your primary duty will be snow and ice clearance on Bear Street, Caribou Street, and other essential intersections. You will use various equipment such as hand tools, power brooms, and small trucks to ensure safety for all users, including vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists. Additional Streets-related tasks may also be assigned based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks and walkways
• Maintain bike racks, benches, and other public amenities




• Operate tools like Toolcat and Bobcat as required
• Ensure secure accessibility in designated areas
• Assist with other Streets-related duties as necessary

Requirements:
• Experience with snow and ice management preferred
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Willingness to work outdoors in winter conditions
• Valid driver's license
