Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support a leading residential home builder in the GTA. This role combines marketing coordination, sales administration, project management, and event support within a fast-paced new home construction environment.
Responsibilities: Coordinate marketing campaigns, website updates, social media content, signage, floor plans, and sales collateral
Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage project timelines and approvals
Support recent community launches, sales office openings, purchaser events, and broker events
Review Agreements of Purchase and Sale, process sales documentation, and maintain purchaser databases
Prepare sales, traffic, and marketing reports and provide ongoing administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team

Skills and Requirements Previous experience in the new home building industry (builder or agency supporting builders)
Strong organizational, communication, and proofreading skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Google -Analytics experience is an asset
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
