Key Responsibilities:
• Independent execution of prototypes to production-ready
• Source and manage material deliveries with suppliers
• Collaborate on custom project specifications with the Production Manager




• Support production floor operations as a backup
• Coordinate trade show logistics and assembly schedules

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant hands-on experience
• Robust fabrication skills, especially in woodworking or metalworking
• Ability to interpret shop drawings and specifications
• Basic familiarity with 3D modeling is advantageous
• Capacity to juggle multiple projects effectively
