The Care Company is hiring Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy Assistants for full-time roles integrated into our community rehabilitation team. This position allows for direct client support, helping them navigate mobility, exercises, and daily activities under the guidance of Registered Therapists. You will cover regions like Simcoe and Newmarket.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement personalized treatment strategies under OT/PT guidance
• Assist clients during mobility training and rehabilitation




• Document progress and client responses to treatments
• Provide education on OT/PT care strategies
• Communicate effectively with the client care team

Requirements:
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Certification from an accredited OTA/PTA program
• Solid communication abilities in English
• Valid CPR/First Aid and WHMIS certifications
• Must pass a negative TB test within the last year
