In this pivotal role with the Ministry of Children and Family Services, you will oversee the care and therapeutic support of youth. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary care provider for assigned youth
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Offer group and individual counseling support




• Maintain daily records and progress evaluations
• Ensure safety through risk assessment and crisis intervention

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Child and Youth Care plus 2 years of experience
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Drivers License
• Cultural competence with Indigenous youth preferred
• Certification in First Aid with CPR
• Leadership experience in youth care settings
