LJ is seeking an experienced Journeyperson Millwright for our Service and Rentals department. Your primary role will involve receiving, documenting, and troubleshooting both rental and customer equipment to ensure optimal performance. With a focus on quality and collaboration, you will also train new staff and keep operations productive and organized.

Key Responsibilities:
• Document and repair problems for rental and customer equipment
• Refurbish and maintain equipment using various methods
• Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance practices
• Organize tools, equipment,



and inventory effectively
• Provide training to new colleagues and assist other teams

Requirements:
• Certification as a Journeyperson Millwright or equivalent
• Mechanical and electrical competency in using tools
• Stellar customer service and communication abilities
• Capability of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors
• Inquisitive and detail-oriented with a focus on safety
