As a Water Station Squad Volunteer, you’ll be part of the team that keeps our participants hydrated, energized, and motivated throughout the event. Your enthusiasm and support will help create a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere for walkers, runners, and survivors as they pass through your station.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and organize the water station before the start of the event (tables, cups, water jugs).
- Hand out water and/or sports drinks to participants as they pass by.
- Offer encouragement and cheer to participants to keep them motivated.
- Monitor water supplies and restock cups as needed.
- Keep the water station area clean and free of tripping hazards during the event.
- Assist with station takedown and cleanup after the race is complete.
Skills & Qualities:
- Friendly, welcoming, and team-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (e.g., water jugs).
- Enthusiasm for supporting a great cause.
Time Commitment:
- Approximately 4–5 hours on event day (includes setup and cleanup).

- Wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor activity.
- Event t-shirt will be provided.
