About Your Compass to Becoming™

Your Compass to Becoming™ is a new interactive personal-development and learning platform designed to help individuals move from recognition and choice into meaningful action and lasting change.

We are preparing for launch and are seeking an experienced, highly capable developer who can help us build an integrated digital ecosystem rather than simply a traditional website.

The project includes three major components:

- A polished, high-converting public website
- An integrated CRM and customer-management system
- A secure, user-friendly interactive learning platform/web application

We are looking for someone who understands both the technical architecture and the customer journey from first website visit through purchase, onboarding, course participation, progress tracking and continued engagement.

Scope of WorkWebsite Development

Develop a sophisticated, responsive website for Your Compass to Becoming™ that reflects an established premium visual brand.

The website will include landing pages, program information, founder information, video content, calls to action, customer registration and checkout.

The developer must be able to work closely with our existing branding, creative and video-production teams while maintaining consistent design across desktop, tablet and mobile.

CRM Development & Integration

Create or configure a CRM system that allows us to manage the complete customer lifecycle.

The CRM should support

- Lead capture and customer profiles
- Automated customer onboarding
- Email communications and follow-up sequences
- Purchase and payment information
- Customer segmentation
- Customer-service history
- Engagement tracking
- Marketing campaign integration
- Analytics and reporting
- Integration with the learning platform
- Future scalability as the business grows

We are open to recommendations regarding the most appropriate CRM technology rather than requiring a particular platform.

Interactive Learning Platform / Web App

Develop a secure members-only learning environment for purchasers of the Your Compass to Becoming™ program.

Platform functionality may include





- Secure account creation and login
- Individual user dashboard
- Eight-part learning journey
- Video streaming
- Downloadable/supporting learning materials
- Interactive exercises and reflections
- Progress tracking
- Saving a participant's work and responses
- Ability to leave and return without losing progress
- Completion tracking
- Automated communications connected to progress
- Responsive mobile and tablet experience
- Administrative dashboard
- Content-management capability
- Analytics
- Integration with CRM and payment systems
- Appropriate privacy and data-security safeguards

The architecture should also allow for future expansion, including additional programs, subscriptions or products and potentially a dedicated mobile application.

E-Commerce & Payment Integration The developer should have experience implementing secure online payments and connecting payment information with customer accounts, CRM records and platform access.

Experience with Stripe or comparable payment technology is preferred.

We are not looking for someone who simply installs a website template.

We need a developer who can evaluate the entire project, recommend the right technology stack and build—or lead the building of—a reliable, polished and scalable system.

- Able to create appropriate technical documentation
- Available for ongoing maintenance and development after launch, if required

Strong communication is essential.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality The selected developer will be working with proprietary program materials, methodology, branding, video content and business information.

The successful candidate will be required to sign appropriate confidentiality, non-disclosure and intellectual-property/work-for-hire agreements before receiving access to proprietary materials.

All custom development, source code, databases, configurations, designs and other commissioned work created specifically for the project must be appropriately documented and transferred to Your Compass to Becoming™ in accordance with the final development agreement.
