Job Title: Weekend Coordinator

Aman Logistics is a fully integrated logistics service provider with locations in British

Columbia, Alberta and Ontario, serving customers across Canada and the United States since 1986. Our specialty is over the road transport of temperature-controlled goods and are a leading transportation service provider for the food industry.

We are recruiting for a Weekend Coordinator to join our head office Dispatch team located in South Surrey, BC. If you are someone that is a positive, energetic team player with an eagerness to learn and would like to be part of our growing organization, this role may be the right fit for you.

To succeed in this role you should have:

- An above average of dedication to quality and “getting it done right”
- A minimum of 60 wpm typing speed
- Extremely detailed oriented with strong data entry skills
- Excellent organizational, prioritizing skills, and time management skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written English skills




- Experience in the transportation industry would be an asset however we are
- certainly prepared to train the right individual

Responsibilities may include:

- Order Entry
- Planning, updating and closing shipments
- Communication with drivers; obtaining status updates and ETAs
- Initiating and processing customs clearance documentation for shipments
- Providing optimal level of service to customers
- Responding to incoming customer or driver calls and emails
- Other clerical tasks, as assigned
- Special projects, as assigned
