Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency. Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication specifications.

- Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding to join metal parts accurately and securely.

- Use plasma cutting tools, press brake machines, hand tools, power tools, and ductwork equipment to shape and assemble materials.

- Operate machinery such as cranes, forklifts, and machining tools to handle heavy components safely.

- Measure materials with calipers and other precision instruments to ensure proper fit and alignment.





- Follow safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

- Proven experience in welding (MIG, TIG) and fabrication within a manufacturing or construction setting.

- Mechanical knowledge of machinery, schematics, and assembly processes.

- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.

- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment.

- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks.

- Certification or experience in rigging operations and crane handling is preferred.

- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely is advantageous.

- Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented workplace.

Pay: $20.44-$26.00 per hour
