Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise mechanics and contractors as needed
• Troubleshoot and repair packaging machinery
• Maintain standards of Positive Manufacturing Practices
• Recommend design enhancements for efficiency
• Participate in investigations and audits as required
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of mechanical experience required
• Certification in Industrial Mechanical or similar trades
• Comprehensive understanding of machinery practices
• Knowledge of Quick Change Over Techniques
• Proven mentoring and leadership skills
