Reporting to the HR Manager, you will engage in full cycle recruitment and support various HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction. This position calls for a detail-oriented individual with robust organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address HR inquiries from stakeholders
• Control Time & Attendance tracking for staff
• Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes efficiently
• Organize employee engagement and training activities
• Maintain confidential HR records in systems

Requirements:
• At least one year of HR experience preferred
• Two years in administrative roles required
• Familiarity with Employment Standards Act
• College diploma in Human Resources preferred
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
