You'll coordinate mandatory training, manage employee safety records, and assist with workplace inspections. Robust organizational skills will ensure timely responses to incidents and effective administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and implement health and safety programs
• Conduct inspections and document compliance
• Manage WSIB documentation and claims processes
• Organize Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings
• Assist with administrative projects and payroll

Requirements:
• Relevant experience in Health & Safety or office administration
• Familiarity with Ontario health and safety requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
