As you report to the Senior Manager, Business Transformation and Performance, you will take charge of creating and maintaining learning materials that meet the evolving needs of the business. Your experience in Articulate 360 will be critical for ensuring content remains engaging and relevant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement learning strategies aligned with OneCap vision
• Partner with stakeholders to design effective solutions
• Evaluate and optimize delivery methods for training objectives
• Create and deliver diverse learning initiatives
• Lead national training sessions efficiently and engagingly

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development
• Mastery of Articulate 360 and other design tools
• Proven strong facilitation and presentation abilities
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning theory
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
