Responsibilities include facilitating training, developing learning briefs, and analyzing critical data trends from field observations. Your insights will be vital in fostering a Nuclear Safety Culture and ensuring project leaders and field teams apply safety-focused principles effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement key aspects of the Human Performance program
• Provide training on NSC and facilitate learning teams




• Analyze trends from safety observations and provide support
• Conduct assessments and surveys related to Hu and NSC
• Contribute to safety or quality investigations

Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Education in a related field
• Robust collaboration and communication abilities
• Familiarity with HOP in the nuclear sector
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations
• Willingness to travel occasionally for site work
