The Town of Banff is hiring for two casual roles to deliver aquatic programs until December 31, 2027. Key responsibilities include lifeguarding and instructing various swim programs while ensuring participant safety through routine checks and maintenance. You will also assist with program operations to promote participation in aquatic activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and facilitate engaging aquatics programs for all ages
• Lifeguard during public swim hours and instruct swim lessons
• Conduct hazard inspections and maintain equipment standards




• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as required
• Assist in program setup and communication with community members

Requirements:
• Certification in National Lifeguard training
• Solid swimming and lifesaving skills
• Experience in program facilitation or instruction
• Commitment to community safety and service
• Availability for a minimum of one shift per week
