Key Responsibilities:
• Function as a clinical mentor and resource for teams
• Support implementation of best practices in care
• Manage clinical and operational quality improvement initiatives




• Oversee documentation standards and evaluation processes
• Promote strategies based on trauma-informed care

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing mandatory
• Active CARNA registration required
• 3 to 5 years clinical experience in mental health required
• Preferred 2 to 3 years of leadership experience
• Familiarity with addiction and behavioral support methods
