Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead organizational change management initiatives
• Develop and facilitate learning strategies and workshops
• Conduct impact assessments for transformation projects

Requirements:
• Relevant degree in HR or Organizational Development
• 5-7 years of applicable work experience
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Robust knowledge of change management practices
• Proven ability to lead organizational training
