What you will be doing: Test Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Automation Frameworks: Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks across Native, Web frontends, and Backend APIs.
AI Integration: Partner with engineering teams to integrate AI-driven testing methodologies into the software development lifecycle.
Defect & Project Management: Utilize JIRA, Zephyr, and contemporary bug-tracking software to manage test suites, report defects, and track quality metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging test automation tools, AI/ML QA practices, and industry standards to maximize test coverage and efficiency.
What you must have: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



or a related technical field.
QA & Automation Background: Proven experience in QA engineering with a strong foundation in test automation across native platforms, web frontends, and backend APIs.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, Jenkins) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Node.js).
Tooling: Hands-on experience with JIRA and test management platforms such as Zephyr.
AI Innovation: Demonstrated ability to adapt to emerging technologies, specifically AI and machine learning applications within software QA.
Core Competencies: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills.
Salary/Rate Range: $70,000.00 – $80,000
