Key Responsibilities:
• Build trusting relationships through home visits

• Record and monitor home visit data with accuracy

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or relevant qualifications
• Experience in child and family services is beneficial
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Recent clear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights
