You will drive initiatives for financial sustainability and operational excellence at Open Studio, Toronto's premier artist-run center. As you manage a small team, your leadership will uplift artists while implementing policies promoting inclusion and diversity. Collaborating with the Board, you will help steer the organization’s strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead staff and manage artistic programming
• Implement strategic initiatives and monitor goals
• Oversee financial reporting and budget management
• Build relationships with members and stakeholders
• Serve as a spokesperson for Open Studio
Requirements:
• At least five years in a leadership role within the arts
• Strong knowledge of arts funding and financial practices
• Effective management and interpersonal skills
• Experience in strategic planning and governance
• Commitment to diversity and equity in the arts
