As part of Brex’s Operations team, you will oversee collections and risk management within the Servicing Collections area. Collaborate with other departments to devise strategies that encourage timely customer repayments, particularly in complex delinquency cases. Your role will enable you to impact customer experiences while optimizing recovery processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow Servicing SOPs for effective payment operations
• Collaborate on strategies with Customer Experience and Sales teams
• Recommend improvements to collection processes




• Support finance teams with visibility into negotiations
• Analyze customer repayment contexts and trends

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Competent in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Excel Functions
