PTFN seeks a dedicated Full-Time Maintenance Worker based in Peerless Lake, Alberta. Focused on upkeep and repairs, you will ensure buildings and grounds remain protected and welcoming.

As part of the PTFN Maintenance and Facilities team, you will report to the Facilities Manager. This role requires you to perform hands-on tasks including plumbing, electrical repairs, and landscaping. Your excellent organizational skills will help keep maintenance records updated and facilitate communication across teams and with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards
• Oversee grounds and building repairs
• Provide recommendations for repairs and maintenance
• Interact professionally with customers and contractors
• Maintain and clean external facility areas

Requirements:
• Grade 10 education with vocational training
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Customer-focused communication abilities
• Valid First Aid/CPR and WHMIS certifications
• Must have reliable transportation for duties
