Reporting to the Inventory Director, you will be responsible for overseeing material receipts, transfers, and shipping operations. Your role is vital in maintaining compliance with Dangerous Goods requirements and supporting various operating sites across North America and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to all Top Aces policies and procedures
• Validate received materials for conformity
• Execute material issues and optimize warehouse space
• Prepare and pack items for shipping effectively
• Support inventory control through regular cycle counts

Requirements:
• Experience in inventory or stores management
• Logistics experience in military or aviation is an asset
• Robust communication skills, bilingualism is a plus
• Proficiency in computer applications and MS Office
• Forklift operator license and physical lifting ability required
