NRT Bus School Bus Driver (Part Time) Lunenburg, MA
Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements?
Earn a $8,000 Sign-On Bonus! No CDL? No problem. We provide paid training. We're hiring now for the 2026-2027 school year.
Pay & Schedule Pay: $33/hour
Paid Training: $20/hour
Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only - no nights, weekends, or holidays
Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

What You’ll Do Safely transport students to and from school and events
Drive assigned local routes
Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies
Requirements CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain - we train!)
Valid DOT medical card - able to obtain one
Safe driving record
Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
Ability to pass background check & drug screening
Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
