You will plan and lead recreation activities across various wellness dimensions, supporting meaningful engagement. Responsibilities also include fostering relationships with families and communities to enhance participation while maintaining required documentation and quality improvement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with residents to understand their interests
• Plan and lead tailored recreation and leisure activities




• Provide leadership and support to promote resident engagement
• Foster partnerships with families and community organizations
• Complete assessments and maintain documentation accurately

Requirements:
• Degree in recreation, therapeutic recreation, or related field
• Passion for improving seniors' lives through engagement
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Provincial certification in secure food handling
• Related experience in Long Term Care preferred
