Key Responsibilities:
• Support residents with personal activities and daily routines
• Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation
• Assist with medication and meal preparation tasks
• Encourage socialization and recreational activities
• Promote residents’ independence and self-esteem

Requirements:
• Developmental Service Worker or related diploma
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Police Check
