As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you will provide critical support in the ongoing enhancement of Clearwater's Health and Safety Management System. With your experience in the heavy civil industry, you will liaise between field operations and safety management, reinforcing a proactive safety culture at all sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support site inspections and safety audits regularly
• Promote a strengths-based safety culture and engagement
• Document and track safety compliance and training records




• Assist with health and safety orientation for all personnel
• Prepare reports on safety incidents and recommendations

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in a relevant construction role
• Strong knowledge of OSH regulations and protocols
• Diploma or certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
• Experienced with safety management systems like SiteDocs
• Must have a valid G Driver’s License for site travel
